When Syd comes in contact with Mike's black friends she loses all control and embarrasses everyone with her uncontrollable code switching. Diagnosed as 'blacking out' by Mike's friend T, (Kenan Thompson, SNL) who's familiar with the phenomenon, he has the only known cure.
