Childrens Home, India (2014)

The film was shot at an orphanage in Andhra Pradesh in India. It takes the form of a nonverbal, guided meditation through the hallways of their campus. The audience is immersed in the rhythms of the day and witnesses the simple acts of caring and being cared for. The mantra they use there often is 'don't blame the darkness, light a candle'.
