Coming Through the Summer

Antonio is a Portuguese father who lives in Los Angeles with his American wife and daughter. During a summer vacation, the family travels to Rio de Janeiro, where they suffered a robbery by a nine-year-old boy, Ronaldo. After defending the boy from police violence, Antonio decides to adopt Ronaldo, and take him to the United States with them. After a few years living with his new American family, Ronaldo graduates from high school with Jennifer - his sister. As a graduation gift, they receive a trip to Lisbon. What they don't expect, is that this journey will arise an intense love, jeopardizing the stability of the whole family.
