My Silent Voice

Young 9-year old Piper Carlise lives in a world unfamiliar to most of all, a world of complete silence. Born deaf, Piper has always had a fascination with horses. Soon after arriving at her grandmothers for the summer, she encounters a very peculiar and extraordinary Wild Mustang horse Blackjack. Our story takes us on a journey of friendship and love and into the silent world of a young girl and her dreams of racing Barrell in Rodeo. With the help of a famous washed up horse trainer carrying a traumatic past of his own, the two set out to defy the odds and overcome their own adversities in life en route to the winners circle.
