Remembering Mel (1984)

A desperate filmmaker tries to create a media event by faking the death of Mel, the innocent subject of his sensationalistic documentary. Little does he expect that Mel, far wilyer than he seems, is about to turn the tables on him and expose him for the fraud that he is.
