A domestic violence counselor, REBECCA, receives a devastating phone call and has to rush to the hospital to meet her work partner, HARPER, to visit their victims, a mother and a ten year old daughter. Rebecca, her mother murdered by her stepfather 22 years earlier, fights with wanting to take justice in her own hands since her own mothers killer was never arrested.
