My Homeland (2014)

Explores the relationship between art and nature in a video essay about Stephen Driver and Louise Halsey: a potter and a weaver who decided to move to rural Arkansas in the seventies. Part of a whole middle-class Hippie movement that thought everything was falling apart on terms of society, the couple built a house in the middle of the mountains and dedicated their lives to make art pieces while living off the grid.
