London, 1888. Cole Smith, an innocuous middle-aged professional from Manchester is sent to London on a two week assignment. His meticulously prepared itinerary ends in Gunnersbury House, an enormous west London Manor House. Cole drops off his cases in Flat 13. All around him, luxury, pomp, wealth, and sex.
