Sadistic Beginnings

A serial killer that was never punished as a child for killing animals escalates into stalking women and then sadistically killing them. Samantha is in an ethical debate, about taking matters into her own hands, but then "The Association" steps in. Taking justice into their own hands by believing in an eye for eye mentality.
