Reject Road (2012)

Taking over your father's business is an honor and a birthright. But for Richard and Jack, it's their curse and their addiction. These two brothers now must take post as police officers at the behest of the parents of troubled teens, and take them away to special disciplinary boarding schools across the country. On the way, Richard, the tee-totaling straight and narrow one and Jack, the former cocaine addicted, chain smoking one, clash over their different and sometimes brutal methods of keeping the kids in line. But are these disturbed individuals strong enough to help prevent these kids from turning into them?
