Remaining Days (2014)

20-year-old Josh works in a project village in Uganda. There he meets Racheal, a young Ugandan woman, and falls in love with her. But a premature end threatens their love, as he has to leave soon. They decide to pursue their relationship, planning to establish a life together in Germany. The film accompanies Josh during his last weeks in Uganda. Everyday situations show the pragmatic and optimistic attitude that defines his actions. The different cultural backgrounds don't seem to affect Josh and Racheal's interactions. It is the story of a young love at a stage of major plans and dreams.
