Bharate (2014)

A young newly married couple Rimi and Bikram are living happily. One day the girl's paternal uncle dies and leaves behind an old traditional house in the northern part of the city of Kolkata, India. Though hesitant about how to maintain such a big property, they shift to their new residence. But they need to rent out a portion to maintain the property. The right kind of tenant is difficult to find. But finally one day Tiasha in her mid thirties who works in an NGO comes along. The three gel well and Tiasha moves in as the new tenant. Life is good as a nice friendship develops between the three. But then the things take an ugly turn finally reaching a spine chilling climax.
