Action Lady Returns (2014)

An undercover operative trying to capture Octavia, a blue-haired villainess, instead becomes the captive and is repeatedly gagged and securely bound by her adversary. A rival villain than captures Octavia and the two women spend some quality time together trying to free themselves from the vibrator tied to their crotches. There are four additional vignettes of tied and muzzled bondagettes.
