During a slideshow during an art class, pictures of a topless woman from the abdomen up are shown. The context is supposed to be artistic, not sexual in nature.

Two characters in the film are shown with bloodshot eyes due to exposure to some kind of high frequency sound.

A man slaps a woman in the face, though he claims he was sleeping and it was an accident.

There are several uses of f*** throughout the movie. Perhaps five or six times in total.

A man is shown smoking a cigarette.

Two men have alcoholic drinks at a bar. One later accused the other of being drunk.

The overall atmosphere of the movie is very weird and unsettling. The musical score and overall enigma of the film is really unsettling. One of the main characters treat a doll as if it were really a baby. This can be found by many to be unsettling. Towards the end there's a odd horselike creature which is weird.
