Juvenile crimes are taking a more serious turn--crimes like murder, attempted murder, robbery, and dacoity--the list continues. However, how many take the time to understand the kids behind the crimes--their motivations, their fears, their aspirations? Pramod Pathak, a Mumbai-based actor/director, did. All of the actors and the entire crew of this film are inmates of a juvenile delinquent home for serious crimes: a home they fondly call "Chiller Room".
