In the digital age, drive-in movie theaters are dwindling one by one across the United States. Most of them cannot afford to upgrade to digital projectors, and thus die out. However, a few have managed to keep ahead of the curve, while some are fighting onward through fundraisers and alternative content. It is ultimately up to the public at large to decide whether or not it wishes to support these icons of American culture, and immerse itself in a film-watching experience that is becoming evermore unique with the changes of time.
