Kankin inran yûgi (2013)

Haruka, a beautiful wife, inspects a property for sale as a vacation house in an attempt to make up for lost time with her husband, who is recovering at home from an injury. The manager takes her to the basement, where she finds an old diary. Inside, the diary's owner, Utako, describes her own experiences in the nude.... Apparently, some women are imprisoned by a man and plunge into madness. Are these acts of love or illusion?
