Stavisky, Crook of the Century (2015)

The story of the rise and fall of a shady financier, Serge Alexandre Stavisky, in 1930s Paris. Helped by corrupt politicians, he swindled millions before being exposed and forced to flee. His suicide, which was probably murder, and the resulting political scandal caused violent riots in France.
