Fernando prepares the party in honor of the Sailor, an entity of the waters to which he is devoted to, and that gives name to his bar. We are in the Sailor's Anchor, the last drag bar of Salvador - Bahia. Amid the daily life of poor downtown, we meet the artists and their stories.
