All in (the Making) (2016)

"All In" is the story of two brilliant but emotionally damaged foster brothers who reunite as adults to rebuild their shattered lives by becoming high-stakes players in NYC's glamorous and criminal underground poker world. Their efforts are thwarted by a psychopathic loan shark / organ trafficker who is just as happy to take the lives of their loved ones instead of cash as repayment on a debt past due.
