The Sleeping Room (2014)

A topless woman is shown very briefly during the opening credits through an old fashioned sepia tone camera. A man is shown masturbating standing from waist up but clear view of his arms thrusting up and down while he holds his penis and his chest is also flexed as a result.

The entire plot of the movie revolves around sex, prostitution, and incest rape. While very little nudity may be shown the movie is very heavy with sexual content.
