There are characters who appear to be aroused by the violence they inflict on others in this film, making it a lot more sadistic.

A woman simulates fellatio with a piece of a man's ear that she cut off just moments before. She gets blood around her mouth while she does this. She also rubs her clothed crotch and acts very suggestively for as long as she's in the film.

Passionate kissing in a bathroom stall.

A man lays completely naked on a table as part of an initiation into a secret club. You see everything except for his genitals. He imagines that he is being straddled by a naked woman, and you can clearly see her breasts for a few seconds. There is another similar scene, only you see more of the woman while she straddles him, including graphic thrusting.

A woman's bare breasts, abdomen and legs are seen while she bathes.

Vicious, sensless, brutal, gruesome killings of incent men and women from babies to the elderly to enduce terror and for the pleasure of the killers. Should be X rated for violence.

Extremely graphic throughout.

A man is forcibly castrated. Most of it happens offscreen, but we do see blood splattering on the operator's face.

A woman uses a straight razor to self-harm. We see her cut her legs in an extreme close up, with blood very clearly permeating from the wounds.

A severed penis is seen in a bathroom sink, covered in blood; following this there is a close up of someone's blood-covered face.

Someone takes a baby and slams it against a tree stump hard enough to kill it instantly. Brutal. In the same scene, Polish civilians are lined up and shot, a woman is raped and someone's face is caved in with a shovel. All of this happens before a little girl's eyes.

A group of thugs approach two Polish people. They ask them to sing the lyrics to 'Deutschlandlied' to prove they are German. When they don't, one of the thugs beats up one of the pair (who is female). It is a very harsh attack.

One of the aforementioned thugs is considerably crazier than the others. She spends most of her screen time screaming out curse words, making crude sexual remarks and even goes so far as to suck on a piece of a man's ear (which had just been cut off) sexually.

A seemingly indoctrinated Nazi guns down his fellow soldiers.

A man is tortured. A chair is placed with two of its legs on the back of his hands, then someone jumps up and down on the chair until the legs are deeply embedded into them. He then has one of his legs broken, an image carved into his back, and is finally burned alive. All of this is racially-charged. VERY hard to watch. It does not help that one of the perpetrators is almost aroused by this torture.

A woman sticks a shard of glass into her wrist and then uses another to mutilate her genitals. A new friend of hers sees this and desperately tries to help her, but she bleeds out.

Occasional uses of fuck. A few uses of bastard, bitch, shit. Even cunt is used, and aggressively at that. All of this is, however, coarse. There isn't any profanity for the entire first half-hour, but it is used liberally afterwards, particularly in the second act.

There are also some racist remarks towards Polish people.

A man snorts cocaine off a stripper's leg. He accidentally cuts her with the razor he's using to line out the drug, but they continue to snort it regardless.

Some kind of strong psychotropic drug is smoked through a bong.

The appearance of the succubus-like creature might be disturbing to some. It initially is shown to be human, but reveals its true form soon after.

Overall this is a very confronting film with lots of high impact violence and graphic nudity, and it has a depressing, nihilistic tone to it. Even jaded viewers might find some of the material difficult to watch.
