A man and woman make-out in a bed. Some occasional kissing throughout. A couple kisses passionately during their wedding, and they are later seen about to make love on their wedding night. A man and woman have some heavy foreplay in one scene. It is implied that a couple sneaks off into the woods to make love.

A man is shot in the back of the head; some blood seen, as well as the bloody aftermath. A man is slapped by a woman; done for laughs. A man shoots another man in the chest and then in the head; both done offscreen but still rather intense. A man is beaten hard and then tazered. Another man is tazered as well. Later, a third man is tazered and then shot to death; no blood shown. A man is marched away to be shot; the killing is done offscreen. A man is pistol whipped. A young woman is threatened to be shot is she doesn't do as she's told. A woman fights with a man who is holding her hostage...she's manages to escape by kicking him in the crotch. In the most disturbing scene, a young woman is stabbed twice by a man; no blood shown but we see the knife thrust into her both times: she slowly dies.

Some uses of the word "fuck". Mostly in the opening and closing scenes. Other minor swearing such as "ass", "damn", "bitch" and "hell" are said a few times throughout as well.

The scene towards the end where the young woman is stabbed to death is very sad in depressing. May be hard to watch for some. There are some eerie scenes involving a mysterious, magical newspaper, but nothing extreme by any means. The final segment of the film (which includes the scene where the young woman is stabbed) has some depressing, unsettling moments.
