Brain Storm (2013)

Writer has a deadline to deliver a script. A black out happens and she starts the history of a lonely woman who lives to watch her neighbors. A super storm happens and she has to go to the bunker of the building she lives , and will have to interact with the ones she spies. Changes happen.
