The DuSable Panthers

Based on the book by Ira Berkow, this is the story about the infamous Chicago high school basketball team DuSable Panthers who rocked the nation with their unique fancy play aligned with a tenacious high-flying above the rim action style. With the personal guidance and development from a caring African-Americancoach and gutsy, young white-female principle, the DuSable Panthers set unprecedented scoring records and became the first black basketball team to make it the Illinois State Championship.
