Lund 2009. This is where Sweden's most active house occupants are located. In recent years, they have occupied several houses that led to clashes with the police. It is also in Lund that Sweden's very first house occupations take place. On May 17, 1969, a house to be demolished on Västra Mårtensgatan is occupied by a group of young people who call themselves Allaktivisterna/the Activists. They advocate a house for all generations, where everything is decided without government intervention. For five months, three houses are occupied, but the fight for one's own house fails. One year later, Allaktivisternas movement is dissolved and the occupants are realizing their individual dreams instead. For some, the struggle for a different kind of society develops in a destructive direction.
