Merchants of Quietus (2013)

Desperate scientist Kazimir agrees to a clandestine meet with the CEO of a weapons company to return stolen, sensitive material he took. The planned rendezvous in a nondescript park however is interrupted by an unexpected visitor. It is then both men, in their own way, are marked for death.
