Costumed Girls Bound for Trouble (2013)

Six costumed cuties are securely bound, gagged and tormented. In the first episode, a detective goes undercover as a maid, but who cover is blown and she winds up bound, gagged and exposed by the crook she was investigating. In other stories a dirndl-dressed barmaid is roped and gagged in a tavern, a policewoman rashly tries to tackle a crook single-handed and winds up handcuffed and tape-gagged, a tall young woman who aspires to be a bondage dominant finds herself ball-gagged and roped, a college student fantasizes of being a helpless damsel-in-distress an a snooty equestrienne gets her comeuppance.
