Hikiko san no sangeki (2013)

Kaikai Channel is an internet TV show that researches about spooky rumors. The host of the show is an idol, Chie Inami. One day, information about a woman ghost called HIKIKO comes. HIKIKO drags to death, all the bully that made her suicide. Unfortunately, no one in the city knew about the rumor of HIKIKO so they decide to stage up a drama for the show. Fortunately, the show turned out to be a success but a dead body of a man dragged by someone was found in the city where they shot the show. Many rumors about the similarity of the show and the incident spread all over the internet. The producer of the show decides to go after the rumor of HIKIKO.
