There is also a scene of implied masturbation where a boy can be seen moving his hand around his crotch area while looking at a picture of a woman. No nudity is shown throughout this sequence.

There are scenes with gang beating, denigration, use of excesive violence from the guardians. There are intense and very real scenes. I consider several scenes are really violent and raw.

Drug use is depicted briefly when a girl is seen smoking a joint and then passing it to a boy.
