The video is about the wonders of life and nature. There are scenes where animals are chasing or fighting others, but they are so brief that I don't think they qualify to be labeled as frightening or intense and no blood or harm is shown except where a bear catches a salmon for lunch as the salmon attempts to leap up the rapids.
