One of the main characters, a female bodybuilder, appears in many different revealing outfits and, at several instances, nude.

A young prostitute undresses on a bed in the presence of the monstrous protagonist. She is seen topless for the remainder of the scene. The monster lies on top of her. Some sort of intercourse is implied.

The film depicts the sexual coming of age of a monster who is the psychological equivalent of a 13-17 year old boy. The film features strong perverse innuendo throughout.

The monster's umbilical cord, which is at several times suggested to be the its phallus, is continuously nude and clearly visible. One scene shows the monster initializing an erection, in close-up. In a different scene a nude prostitute (see above) fondles the umbilical cord in a highly sexual manner. The monster grunts of arousal.

In one scene, several young girls are strongly sexualized. Although no explicit nudity is shown, focus on their legs and derrieres are suggestive. While the main character observes this, a semen-like fluid erupts from one of his tumors, in graphic close-up.

In an animated dream sequence the main character is devoured by an oversized nude vagina (dentata).

There are several bloody and otherwise explicit scenes of (attempted) cannibalism.

Within one scene the protagonist is repeatedly brutally beaten by a classmate. He graphically suffers severe blood loss.

Nearly constant vulgar profanities.

Many characters smoke and/or consume alcohol casually throughout the film.

One of the main characters has a habit of injecting an unnamed but potentially lethal and hallucinogenic green substance for muscle enhancement. a dubious fitness doctor pushes this drug.

Drug use by several other characters is implied.

One of the protagonists is a living placenta, another a transgender female bodybuilder with one muscular mutant arm. Their screen presence may be considered frightening and disturbing in any context.

The film has a bleak and morbid tone throughout, with frequent outbursts of physical, verbal and psychological agression, abuse and humiliation.
