Zombie Bride (2013)

Office worker, Airi Shimazawa, was murdered by her adulterous lover, yet she woke up in the morning to find herself turned into a zombie. Although she was a zombie, she was conscious and could talk. However, no matter how hard she looked at her face, it was not that of a living person. Airi heads to Yoshioka's house to look for her adulterous partner, but there she finds Yoshioka's wife Kyoko completely transformed into a zombie.... The number of cases of corpses coming back to life is increasing throughout the country, and Airi, who has unfortunately become one of these cases, is on the verge of despair.
