Skare (2007)

An inmate at a high security criminal insane asylum escapes and ends up at a country club run by a woman with interesting culinary tastes. She offers the guy a 'safe' place to lay low until its safe to move on. Of course, things are not what they seem, including a drink she makes the guy have everyday.
