The musician KAZUYA performs almost exclusively in Sapporo, Japan. Nobody doubted his band PHOOL would make a successful major debut. However, they broke up after being together for ten years. KAZUYA started a solo career but had no success. He has reached 51 years of age all too soon. He has the talent, but not the audience. KAZUYA has been unemployed for 20 years, his days filled only with music. This is a documentary following the life of an unsuccessful musician as KAZUYA releases his new album after a 10 year blank.
