One Last Journey (2012)

Ned (76) goes on a journey across three different places: a beach in the sunset, a small park and his own house. After realizing that the protagonist has just died, we presence the same journey once again, but with new perspective. It climaxes with Ned arriving at the beach and meeting his late wife
