Saphalam Ee Yathra is a documentary on Melattur Palliative Care Society. Melattur Palliative Care Society is a registred charitable organization started in 2002. This society has emerged as a support and shelter to 2000 plus patients, their families and dependents within the jurisdiction of the society comprising Melattur, Edappatta, Keezhattur, Vettathur grama panchayats and Angadipuram, Alanallur, Pandikkad, Karuvarakund panchayats partially. Its activities enabled to receive the award for the BEST PALLIATIVE CARE CLINIC IN KERALA in the survey conducted by the Pratheekha Charitable society, Kootanad,Palakkad. "Saphalam Ee Yathra" portrays the charity works of Melattur Palliative Care Society.
