The movie opens with two women totally naked in each others arms, presumably after sex. Lots of explicit conversations about artificial semen insertion and sperm donors, etc etc.

A man is shown masturbating (a sperm donor), for an extended period of time. The cup and its content are later on shown as a woman tried to insert it in herself.
