A woman (Mona) strip teases for a guy (Richie) (we see her fully nude including close-ups of her trimmed pubic region and fully shaved labia.

A woman (Angle) takes a shower (we see her bare breasts) while talking to Richie.

A woman (Rita) gives a man (The Chet) oral sex and accidentally bites off his penis when she is pulled away suddenly by a zombie. We see the stub on the man's groin, and the woman pulls the penis out of her mouth. The zombie rips off one of the breasts of the woman and throws it on the ground; we also see the penis again lying on the ground.

Constant violence, in particular people bite and rip off other people's faces with lots of gore and blood.

The whole movie is about drugs, including marijuana, but mostly about a drug that turns people into flesh-eating zombies.
