A disembodied penis is briefly seen a couple of times. A disembodied arse is also seen, for a longer period of time. It is said that an old woman hires male prostitutes.

A lot of graphic yet comical violence. Many disembodied body parts are seen, but many have been frozen or cling-wrapped and aren't gory. Many bloody stumps are seen where the limbs used to be. A man is shot in the neck, he bleeds graphically for a while. Four people are shot within a minute, two slightly more comical, one rather disturbing, and one very graphic. One character accidentally kills two people, the first non graphically with a pair of scissors in the chest, and the next with a broom. The broom hits the man with a bone breaking sound effect, and he falls over as blood pools around him. The film is graphically violent, but quite comical.

Very crazy yet funny dark comedy.

Frequent use of fuck and shit.

Characters smoke and drink alcohol at points.

Despite the graphic and disturbing content, the film has quite a light tone. People could be disturbed that the main character is a murderer. The film is bloody and violent.
