New Town No Seishun (2012)

A seventeen-year-old boy in Urayasu Chiba Prefecture dreams of becoming a film director. He carries an 8mm camera and shoots around town for fun. He and two friends get together in a park and pass time. Aware of a woman's stalker they decide to become involved. This becomes their source of excitement. Their friendship, however, ends up being on the line.
