Methods of killing used in this movie are: throat slitting, slashing across neck with axe, stabbing behind the head, breaking neck, pepper spraying extremely, burning, stabbing in the stomach, head bashing with hammer, stabbing in the chest with claw hammer, strangling, slashing on the chest etc.

A woman is forced to kill her friend with a hammer in order to save herself and another woman. This scene was extremely intense and bloody. Besides, the torture scenes of other female characters before their deaths were also very intense and disturbing.
