Scarf (2015)

Allan goes hiking in the forest with his wife, Samantha, and she vanishes mysteriously. Alex, Allan's drug-addicted, anorexic sister-in-law, moves in to find out what happened to Samantha. Meanwhile, Allan keeps getting threatening phone calls from a mysterious woman, so suffers from paranoia.
