Vicissitude (2012)

'Vicissitude' is a documentary about the drug-related violence in Juarez, Mexico. It focuses on innocent victims and how their lives have changed. Whether someone was carjacked, had to shut down a business, or experience a death in the family, it portrays a more personal side to the drug war which changed the economy and society of Juarez starting in 2008. It also covers the actions that are taking place by groups of people and organizations to uplift the city and its people.
