In the Tokyo Club, mob boss Yamada () appears to be sexually harassing an employee, one of his Club Dancers (). He holds her on his lap, trying to pull her close. She is very uncomfortable with his fondling of her.

Sei Fujii () mentions that prostitution is going on at the Tokyo Club.

A drunk Toru () gets dragged and dumped on the street.

Yamada yells at Mr. Sato () and throws a drink in his face.

Inside the Tokyo Club, Hawaiian Hoodlum () punches Bar Patron Jiro () in the face and Japanese Hoodlum () holds a knife to his throat.

Yamada abusively slaps Mr. Sato accross the back with a newspaper.

Japanese Hoodlum shoots Fujii in the neck with a pistol. Blood splatters on the wall behind him. They fight, with several blows thrown, the gun fires several times, Japanese Hoodlum is thrown against the wall, and Fujii throws him over his shoulder, to the ground. Yamada strangles Fujii with a rope. Fujii ends up unconscious on the ground, in a pool of blood.

The two Hoodlums harass a Manju Shop owner () and throw a tray of manju at him. It hits the wall.

Police throw Yamada onto a table, and drag him away in handcuffs.

Toru appears to be passed-out drunk, and is dragged to the street.

Yamada yells at Mr. Sato for drinking too much. Sato appears to have a hangover.

Mrs. Sato () gives Fujii a bottle of saké as a gift.

In the Tokyo Club, patrons are drinking and smoking, some behaving drunk. Mr. Sato brings drinks to Fujii, who says "I don't drink." Sato joins him, and has a drink himself. They talk about how alcohol allows Sato "to forget, a little." Toru is drunk and disruptive.

After Fujii finds his office vandalized, he is so distraught, he pulls out the bottle of saké from Mrs. Sato, pours himself a glass, and drinks.
