A mentally and physically disabled child is said to have been suffocated by another person.

All violence is animated and although some of it is graphic, it isn't visually detailed.

Characters take prescription medication, but there are incidents of misuse or missing doses.

The movie is about a man slowly succumbing to a brain tumor that he has. The film's tone is rather sentimental and depressing in parts.

Several very surreal dream sequences and hallucinations from the main character. One dream includes a giant fish that supposedly grows on the main character's head.

Photosensitive viewers may have a hard time watching due to bright, flashing lights and rapid patterns within the film.

The ending is highly emotional and may be too heavy for some viewers.
