Dancing with Rip

Inspired by the "Grim Sleeper" serial killer case, "Dancing with Rip" is about a by the book, second-generation Los Angeles detective who discovers he might have to break the rules to win over a distrustful community and capture an idiosyncratic serial killer at large for over 25 years.
