After 20 years, Thea (40) and Rainer's (45) marriage has been pared down to the bone; the relationship to their children leaves much to be desired. But when Heinrich Bittner (67), apparently an old friend of Thea's deceased father, moves in with the Cronpichels, Thea enjoys his presence and begins to see her life in a new light. But is charming and secretive Heinrich really who he claims to be?
