One of the paramilitary leaders go around collecting money from shop owners, claiming to beat them if they didn't give him money.

The government forced very young children to watch their violent film involving communist. The little bit we get to see of the film shows men cutting other men with knifes and lots of blood. We hear that the films the kids were forced to watch would traumatize them. The film caused people to want to kill communists and go way beyond.

During one of the reinactments, the makeup shows bloody cuts and bruises.

The men doing the reinactments decide to let him be part of the movie and be one of the actors who are tortured. They 'torture' him like how they would have done to his father. We see the pain in the man's eyes as the men speak how they most likely tortured his father.
