Maurizio Negrini is a third generation Italian baker from Bologna, Italy, currently living and baking in Boulder, Colorado. Maurizio quietly joins the power of philosophy to his bread-making craft. He is also a gardener because it allows him to be closer to the source of his food. He firmly believes in making and eating food with love, a way of thinking that he applies to crafting and consuming all food, not just bread. What is good? Love is good and food made with love is the best.
